How do I cancel?

Open your account and press “Cancel subscription”, or email [email protected]. Your access stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

When exactly will I be charged?

$1 when you start the trial. If you don't cancel, $29 seven days later and then every month on the same date. We email you 2 days before the first $29 charge.

Can I get a refund?

The $1 trial fee is refundable. Monthly charges are non-refundable except where local law gives you that right. The details are in our Subscription Policy.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed by a PCI-compliant provider, and we never see or store your full card number.

Are there any extra fees?
